Process Details
Employee completes the paper JHRD 305, ADA Grievance form.
Member of the Public completes the paper CC-DD-50, ADA Grievance form.
ADA Officer receives the ADA Grievance Request Form from an Employee or Member of the Public and records the data in the system manually. ADA Officer updates the Grievance data to document the steps, then, sends an email to communicate the information to the Administrative Official.
Administrative Official receives an email about the Grievance.

assistance. Ability to perform other tasks related to other roles within the
process. |
